The State Development Squad (SDS) is the upgraded version of the National Junior Program (NJDP). If the participants of the NJDP are doing well, the candidate will be promoted to SDS for further improve through the intensive coaching. The program has graded certification for the participants at each level. Nominations for entries to national & international tournaments are made for the talented and elite players. More than 100 players are already benefited from the program and represented Bengal in various National & International tournament.
To nurture young talent the Club is running the National Junior Development Program for children in the age group 6 to 15 years. Over 1200 children have benefited from this program and some promising talents have been identified for special grooming. This program is continuing to popularize the sport among school children and raise the standard of the game through systematic coaching program.
